Sourabh Ajmera is the Founder and guiding force behind Zorixx, bringing board-level governance experience and leadership depth to the firm. He has held Independent Director roles in multinational and large organisations, contributing to oversight on governance, risk management, internal controls, and strategic decision-making.

With extensive experience across assurance, internal audit, risk advisory, and corporate consulting, he has worked closely with boards, promoters, and senior leadership teams to strengthen governance frameworks. His focus lies in building sustainable consulting practices, nurturing leadership talent, and shaping Zorixx’s long-term vision — bridging traditional governance principles with modern, technology-enabled consulting models.

Om Prakash Ajmera brings decades of experience in enterprise consulting, with a strong focus on business, financial, and operational risk management. He has advised organisations across diverse industries on governance frameworks, compliance structures, and risk assessment models that support sustainable growth and operational resilience. His consulting experience spans risk identification, process and control assessments, compliance advisory, and operational efficiency reviews. In recent years, his role has evolved to include automation-enabled risk management and compliance oversight. As a senior leader and Independent Director in multinational organisations, he provides Zorixx with institutional depth and strategic stability.

AJAY BHANDARI

Ajay Bhandari leads Zorixx’s cybersecurity, AI, and automation practice, combining strong audit discipline with deep technology expertise. He brings hands-on experience in IT audits, cybersecurity reviews, risk assessments, and regulatory compliance across banking, NBFCs, insurance, manufacturing, and power sectors. His work includes ITGC, application audits (SAP, Oracle, enterprise platforms), cybersecurity assessments aligned with RBI, SEBI, and IRDAI frameworks, API integration audits, and ISMS implementation. At Zorixx, he drives the transition toward AI-enabled consulting, helping clients modernise risk management through intelligent, scalable solutions.

SHIVANI BAYA

Director, IT Audits, System Audits & Data Privacy | ACA (ICAI) | DISA (ICAI) | ISO 27001 Lead Auditor

Shivani Baya leads execution across IT audits, system audits, and data privacy engagements, with a strong focus on regulatory alignment and structured assurance delivery. She has worked across first, second, and third lines of defence in internal and external audits, risk assessments, and compliance programs.

Her experience spans ISO 27001, ITGC, RBI, SEBI, IRDAI, and NPCI frameworks, including audits for banks, NBFCs, exchanges, and clearing corporations. She is actively involved in policy and SOP development, data privacy readiness, and risk mitigation planning — ensuring effective implementation across people, process, and technology.
